Hi all,

Kundalini raised around 2 months ago in me. I am smoking around 1 package of
cigarettes a day and I really want to stop this, because I think it is not
good for the body. But it is really not so easy to quite smoking. Is there
anybody who has good or bad experiences with smoking and the effect to
Kundalini ? Thanks for any reply about your experience and thoughts about
the influence of smoking to K.

Maybe, this was discussed in an earlier thread as well...
