Regarding 'management' and Abraham Maslow's ideas. The main concept is for corporations to go 'beyond the bottom line' in their evaluations and treat the workers in a fair and understanding way. Have the average worker more involved in developing ideas for the company and then compensating them for their efforts. This way the people become part of the whole, part of the process. High level executives would not be the only ones making decisions. These ideas would make for better management-worker relationships. It would eliminate a lot of the elitists attitude and the high echelon politicking also. Lillian
