Yes, I lived over half my life as a teatotaller anyway, at least it tastes better than the liquor that's dealcholized before brining it home, but yah, much simpler to drink purified water.

Now that I've watched what I do more closely I see that attentiveness and receptivity or openess, (never thought of it as surrender before) and it may be not so much as re-imaging as it is conscious eating ie eating in such a way as to allow me to retain or improve my awareness.
