First of all I would like to break the illusion that so many websites and reading materials say some people go into the desire for a K rising thinking it will solve all of there problems and make life perfect many think they will instantly become super psychic or have other great powers. Unfortunately it isnt that glamorous really it is a very long hard path. Although I think my K awakening has been wonderful for me in all areas of my life it has been far from easy, it is the most challenging thing I have ever dealt with some days I dont know if I am going to make it but I just keep going am so determined not to give up. It is a VERY powerful energy and it does what it wants it can be very agressive or very gentle. Anyway Im not trying to discourage you by any means I just want you to know that it is a very difficult path wouldnt want you going into it thinking it is easy. Remember is if it does happen it was meant to be and you just have to learn to deal with it which is possible even on your worst days it works for your higher good. I have found fearing it increases symptoms becuase it increases blocks in your pathway. I think you should work on getting to know your inner spirit by meditation or somehting, then let things fall in place naturally this should really help you understand what it is you are missing from your life spiritually. Sounds like you have alot of issues and healing to do given the choice I would recommend you do some soul searching before you try to awaken the K it would make it go a little smoother.

I am forced to post this message to not only find a solution to my
mentally disturbing questions but also to check the strength of this
theory.
I have always been a critic of relegion and spirit and mystics like
that.Science and philosophy were the only intrest leading my life.Now
due to social pressures and self created pressures I am forced to
look for something more.
Kundalini tantra website says that we can move on to a new level
without holding on to the previous ideas which I have created and
also says go with the flow , be a part of the light rather than
fighting it.
Previously had created this illusion in my mind that all woman are
B*tches and motivated only towards money(personal experiences) but
today (im 19) my harmones are forcing me to act against it,im viewing
women as some body more than a B*tch which i cannot accept.
I am wondering if kundalini can teach me to let go of my previous
mind set and perceive the world in a new way where woman are
considered as woman (not as B*tches or angels)where i can have the
confidence to treat a woman as more than a "cunt hole to put money".
If so how,who can direct me to do it?

right now im in a stage where i can no longer fight my body
harmones.I looked upon and reached kundalini in a desperate search
for answers.I am positive about it even though im not sure of its
effectiveness.
