    It is universal, this kind of channelled knowledge. The old testament
and the Talmud hold similar information. The Kosher rules of diet make
perfect sense when applied to the necessity of managing germs nobody knew
about. Beef and chicken carry different bacteria, and there is no
antibacterial soap so they need to each have their own dish and not be put
on the same plate, to avoid cross contamination. No good to eat seafood
when you cannot predict red tide, and pork is dangerous to desert people
who do not have the firewood to cook it thoroughly.
    A most remarkable example is South American Shamans, who similarly
channelled recipes for medicines and hunting dart poisons... without our
modern knowledge of plant chemistry.
