i have not had kundalini experiences. i am merely
interested. i was reading about the Doctrine of the
clear ligth, a book written by a tibetan lama living
in Texas.i cannot remeber his name. And i was
searching the net for this lama when i came across
this group.
  in that Doctine of the clear ligth,the lama has
lengthy descriptions of the chakras,and the petals at
each chakra,and he lists a long lineage of gurus to
help you study kundalini and sunyata.
  but you folks are just teaching one another
kundalini which is suppossed to be dangerous.i hope
the tibetan masters resting in their caves will help
us so that we do not get into trouble with this
kundalini.
  i just wanted to ask one question,if anyone knows
the answer. i read that there are different kinds of
trances,like the mediumistic trance,and the hypnotic
trance or the 'temple sleep' trance. so,can anyone
tell me,what is the 'temple sleep' trance?describe it
to me so that i can practice it.
