Hello..

I live with my parents and sometimes its really a challenge for me to stay in mindfullness.. it feels really like a madhouse here sometimes.. it feels crazy watching the madness I was raised with..
at the same time I enjoy all of this, I enjoy this now cause I can feel what its all about, why my parents are acting the way they do.. but it can sometimes be rough on my sensitivy.
I really see that it is strenghtening for me to go through this.. I am thankful for them letting me stay here.. and thankful for them pushing my buttons til' I learn reaction is useless.. They are actually really trying to change, but maybe they dont always have the energy to keep up with it..they are both kundalities too.. and I will keep encouraging them if they want encouragement.. I will stay mindful,. work with myself so I can go forward and be a good example for them to follow.. they grow exactly in the way that is meant for them. No need for me to interfer or react to their "Push Åsas buttons" games.. I will give love to the two beautiful seeds, not nurture ego anymore.. but sometimes it feel like Im filled up and all tired.. guess thats the challenge for me.. to just surrender in those situations.. a.s.a.;the punchbag" ego tries to trick me.. but Naa-aah! I know better now! I tell my self

Hahaha.. Cmon girl whats the deal, its a bagatelle !
