Dear Hety,

Well, personally in my experience K usually knows what it is doing as far as
breathing is concerned. Frequently I'll wake up from different "states" with
various strange breathing patterns. Interestingly, one is similar to Jason's
"Breathe in slowly through the nose and relax out through the mouth" except
the breath is more of a whoosh out the mouth. I would tend towards not
trying to control the pulsing, unless you find it extremely uncomfortable.
Pulsing, waves, churning, etc. all seem to be natural K phenomena.
