My Kundalini experiences come round in slow spiralling cycles of
about 15 years. The first one when I was a teen.

My practice involved things I never learnt at church, such as what I
called ATnospamThe Prayer of Silence'. K became active in the middle of the
night waking me up. Shadow came: a large black block of what I
thought of as evil. I thought I would be possessed by evil spirits.
I seem to remember my father coming and giving me a blessing and
then moving higher to have a face to face conversation with my
guides.

It was my second experience, in my mid thirties that gave me a key
to deal with shadow. A large shadow release occurred the day after I
had raised K up to the solar plexus. This time I identified with the
shadow, after fighting and realizing I couldn't ATnospambeat' it I
swallowed it and became one with it. The direct result was a huge
freeing up of energy.

Now it seems, about 15 years later the spiral is reaching around
again. Coming to this list is a part of my preparation. I'm looking
forward to new insights and life changes.

Perhaps the ATnospamswallowing the shadow' technique might be useful to you.
