Hello and Welcome,

You will hear many stories similar to your own here. Tales of depression and
fear and strange sensations in various parts of your body. The secret to all
of it is.......
It's for your highest good! You have unknowingly embarked on an adventure
that last a lifetime. And like any good adventure, there are heroes and
heroines (that would be us!) , monsters and "bad guys" and the wicked plot
of the un-enlightened to take over the wor ..............Uhhh, ummmmm. Ok,
maybe I got carried away.

The truth is Victoria what you are experiencing is growth. You might think of
it as "spiritual puberty". Physical puberty was bad enough with all the
hormones raging ya-dah ya-dah. This can even be more intense.

The trick to surviving it all is to trust in the process. Realize you are
depressed or fearful for a reason. Usually it's because your old world is
getting destroyed and new one being built. You just haven't seen the
blueprints for the new one yet. Depression or fear is a sign that you are
holding on to something that is no longer for your highest good and needs to
be released.

There are many people who can help you here. We all have different
experiences, because we all have different karma. Kundalini is a very
personal, but at the same time, common experience. We help one another
through the hard times and celebrate the good times with each other too!
Sometimes we dissagree about things, but that's okay too. We respect one
another's opinions even if the vary drastically from our own. You will also
see a wide variety of faiths represented here. We honor that in one another
also. No path is greater than another. (Somebody remind me of that sometime
please) So anyway.....Welcome. You are free to post on any topic that comes
up or start a new thread of your own and let the rest of us kick it around
for a while. Or you can just "lurk" if you want and read what others have to
 say and ponder your thoughts privately. :^)
