Hello,

We all have an opportunity to practice some form of practice, from
where ever it is. My understanding of suffering is that, it is just
a
regular aspect of everyday life, if we didn't eat would we suffer?
Obviously some traditions start off by explanining things in
different
ways.

Yes, and if it feels uncomfortable would you consider that suffering?
Would you consider living life in complete ignorance suffering?
Of coarse a question can arise as to what suffering is being compared
to, and obviously there are going to be different answers to that.

You have every right to chose how to view life however, once you've
been bitten by a kundalini snake, it's not like all traditions have
background information as to what the venom can do and if you can
remove the venom once you've been bit!

Now back to the original statement, if there wasn't much background
and other information displaced, it's hard to say how beneficial that
group may be to you, but for others, it may be different.

take care
be well
