ummmm, that list is the list of maha vidyas, i could be wrong, but i am
pretty sure they aren't common knowledge (unless through direct intuition)

i don't know how the maha vidya tradition works exactly, but you might have
to receive these mantras in some sort of initiation...and probably somewhere
in india
