    Ouija boards can be hazardous because you never know what you are going
to get... usually the types of entities it may call on are not the kind you
want to meet. That is where the intuitive uneasiness is coming from.

   Approaching it with a clear intent to connect with only those beings or
spirits who pass inspection by your Guardian angels as serving your highest
good, makes it a reasonably safe scrying method. Simply learning to hear
your body speaking is better. ie: trusting the uneasy feeling.
