  Does anyone know about shadows: what they are, how to deal with
them, where they go?
 My sources have revelaed that I must find an harmoniuous resolution
or face distortion and sickness.
  A bit vague perhaps, but I really don't know much else than this. I
think that perhaps one is the shadow but one is also what comes
afterwards; in a rebirth kind of way.
