I've never heard of flax oil amping anyone up. Not that I doubt
your experience. I can think of no reason why this is so for you.

Sounds good. You're conscious of what works for you
& what doesn't. Might try adding some whey protein
because you won't get it from a mostly fruit diet.

Whey is rapidly absorbed so it shouldn't slow you up. It's good
to take it at night too because the body does all it's repair
and rejuevenation work while sleeping.
I personally blender whey, dry milk, flax oil and organic
fruit in distilled water.

I don't know where this nutty idea of taking Tums as a
calcium source came from (the folks at Tums perhaps).
It doesn't have enough calcium worth mentioning,
and contains no other bone minerals, without which
calcium is meaningless and it contains *aluminum*!
That'll kill your brain & nervous system quicker than
Prozac!
Actually the best form of calcium is calcium carbonate.
It's 40% calcium & the most absorbable. Calcium acetate is 23%
& calcium citrate is 21%.
Carbonate is 39% absorbed
Acetate is 32% absorbed
Citrate is 30% absorbed.
Don't have the figures on gluconate buts it's lower (total
calcium & absorbtion) than the above mentioned.
You can do the math and figure out how much
calcium your body is actually getting depending
on which form.
Milk is 1% calcium and of that 1% only 27% gets absorbed.

Because fruit carbs give you energy. It's good to take most
of your minerals at night because that's when they get used.
And yes, calcium is calming. Here's some good advice.
Get Twinlab's 'Tri-Boron Plus'. It's the most complete bone
formula I've found. (no i do not work for Twinlab). If you
shop around you can get 240 caps for $12 or $13. It's got
the calcium (as carbonate & citrate), magnesium, boron, zinc
(the best form of zinc as zinc-picolinate), copper, maganese,
& vitamin D. See why milk doesn't cut it?
I reccommend still taking the majority of your
minerals at night but also some in the morning or afternoon.

At the very least it makes the 'work' easier. I've found alcohol
screws up the electrical conductivity in the worst way.
(still fun once in awhile though).
Glad you are having success in finding out what works for you.
