it's own cultural frame - I'm thinking of Ogden Nash?
He drew a circle that shut me out -
heretic rebel a thing to flout.
But love and I had the wit to win
we drew a circle to draw him in.
Did you feel responsible to save the girl you were watching? It happened in
the past - it wsn't real time although your affect made you feel that it was.
What does the "situation" of genital mutiliation make you feel real time? Are
you willing to bridge to that cultural context to practice the discernment?
It's a really big leap -
kali ma rocks!
