Having studied human health/nutrition
for 8 years now, I can highly recommend this
book to anyone (male/female) of any age.

It is easy to understand and synthesizes
the very latest science.

The vast majority of MDs are not up to speed
on what we have discovered, which is amazing
and can be used to produce likewise results.

After reading the book (which I found enjoyable)
I reccommend finding a good naturopath is needed.

Second choice is an MD who is willing to work
with the up-to-date science presented in this book.

Show it to him/her. If your MD is unwilling
to get out of the stone age, find another one
who is.
