Hi Asa,

It is difficult to deal with what other people think you should be,
especially if they are close to you. Try taking a little time away from all
of it. Decide who it is you really are and who it is you want to become.
Then when you go back you will have an image for comparison to other people's
projections of what they think you should be. Once the delineation is clear
to you, it is a simple matter to politely dismiss thier desires for your
present or future because you will recognize them as unmanifested desires
they had for themselves. You are always free to choose any course at any
moment. It's easy to start feeling trapped when we forget this and then let
other people play with our compass.
