I too suffer from an impatience at other people's levels
of perception.
Sometimes, in these scenario's (like watching an
incompetent driver make what
should be a fatal error and I have to save his/her butt
by locking up my
brakes) it takes a supreme effort of will to remember:
that person is me
also. They seem pitiable, but only because I don't take
the time I should to
identify with that person. When I do take the time, it
becomes laughable and
a perfectly understandable error. How I envy those who
live in that blissful
state every second. Some days I seem to get closer and
some days I seem to
"backslide". From this little dissertation I suppose
that we can deduce the
equation: patience = empathy x time. Ergo
patience/empathy=time.

I can identify. I'm get very impatient with others as
well. Sometimes i just don't get why people are so
inconsiderate of others. At present we live in a very
self-centered world. So many multimillionaires and so
many people dying of starvation. Doesn't make any sense
really. The good thing is is that we seem to be
evolving. And the internet really seems to be speeding
it up. People like us can get together and talk when
normally we could not because we are so far apart. But
the best part is that people that choose to raise their
awareness level have places to go and learn. The concept
of OBEs and kundalini can be shared with ease, unlike
before. All because we are figuring out how to use
electricity more efficiently.

Has anyone here learned to control their kundalini
energy? Like to be able to move the vibrations from one
part of your body to the next?
