That was a mouthful;^)
On the elements: The system of elements constisting of water, fire, earth,
wood and metal is the chinese system of elements(I don't understand it either
but they use it) The earth, air, fire, water, ether/spirit is the western
European system.
On Atlantis: It really doesn't where Atlantis was, the fact is the "Idea" of
Atlantis has become an Archetype for us. The lesson is: Don't let your
knowledge exceed your wisdom or you'll be in BIG TROUBLE. Searching for the
remains of a something that old under the ocean is just about pointless.
Just learn.
On Crystal Data Storage: A much more viable and affordable method for proving
the existance of Atlantis than underwater archeology. If we could unlock
thier method or data storage, we wouldn't need to dig anything up. (Oh, and
I've heard the Lemurians<who proceeded the Atlanteans by some 10,000-12,000
years> also used crystals for data storage but had a different method of
indexing)
On Mystress Angelique: .......................Gosh, and I was obsessed with
her just because I wanted her to tie me up and beat some sense into
me...............:^) Obsessions are fine. The point almost unerringly
toward something that is troubling you and allow you a avenue of access.
On "Keeping Track": What I meant was, to establish some kind record of
blatant sychronicities occuring in our lives and then compare our results
with one another.
Oh, and I wasn't planning to use this as a guide for all future actions, I
just thought it might be interesting and something valuable might be gained
if we could locate "sychronus sychronicities" between two or more people. I
like to scratch my head sometimes. It helps prevent cobwebs.
On "Blues Traveler": The line is: The Hook brings you back. Hook refers to
the part of the song that catches your attention and sticks in your head.
This is a song about songwriters who use cheesy methods of making songs sell.
I know this because I perform this song on stage from time to time. It
could also be argued that government uses similar tactics.
On poetry: In the truest sense, every poem you ever read was written
especially for you.
On the comments on Cat's dilemma: Total agreement. Play along with the
psychologist. Tell him what he wants to hear. Consider it this way: " It
is much easier for you as civilized person to act like a barbarian than it is
for him, a barbarian, to act as civilized person. (Thank you Gene
Roddenberry) Now tell me truthfully, who is in charge there? It is only an
illusion that the "Powers that be" have the ability to do anything at all.
The only difference between you and them is one of you believes they have the
power to choose and the other does not.
