I feel personally that exercise was the main physical thing that I did to
help me cope. Especially when K first started, it was inconceivable that I
sit still. Doing that caused me to focus on what I could not control.
Moving outdoors helped me to ground, connect and align. It was merciful
relief. Moving helped me to learn to go "with" the flow and not resist
against it.
I walked 4-6 miles a day and did other excersize also.
I still do a lot.
