Hi,

I have a number of urban pagan friends who
are plastered with tats. I can't speak for their
personal prana flow, but I do know that when
they get older.... much older, those ink stains
are going to look kind of silly.

So many kids are getting illustrated just to
be cool. I would suggest; unless it's a symbol
that really, *really* means something to you,
I would wait a couple years after you decide
what you want before you visit the parlor....
then see if you still feel as strongly about it.

tattooing, "I am marked, therefor I am."

(well, excuse me for being an invisible
 member of the *uncool* rest of the human
 race.... sheesh)

I say, I am unmarked, therefor I am free.

PS. 2. Last year I caught an eyeful of Pamela
Anderson at a health food store scanning the
labels in the vitamin section. Although she was
wearing big dark glasses and her hair over her
face, she instantly recognizable by (aside from
the very obvious) the tattoo on her arm. She
just got diagnosed with hepatitis C... is it ink
needles or is it Tommy? I'm not her hair dresser,
so I don't know for sure, but I would say: keep
all things questionable from getting under your
skin.
