Just on your latter questions (3, 4 and 5).

I can only speak for myself, but when visualizing the nadis in the subtle
body they feel like tiny threads of nervs filled with sap. I've never heard
of nadis being lumps of fibre but thats only one view.

K as I understand it, is never over. I suppose you can think of it as a life
change, and not a single event? As far as exercise is concerned.. although
many people state celibacy and non-physical lifestyles is the way to go, its
not the only way. Some people find sexual activity and physical activity to
stimulate their K energy. It depends on the person. The concept behind
celibacy and the like is that when you conserve energy it is directed
towards your K (or something to that affect).

Please, please read this page;
http://www.osho.com/main.cfm?Area=Meditation&Sub1Menu=FurtherInformation&Sub2Menu=FAQ&CFID=658856&CFTOKEN=21075731
Specifically the "Is there a connection between sports like running and
meditation?"
If I may speak on my own experience for a moment. I am a runner. I do love
to run. This is a good thing because after your body gets used to regular
running, it changes your breathing patterns to the most efficient method
possible- which is also the purpose of practicing Pranayama (Yogic breathing
exercises). Also you gain a higher endurance, more physical energy, releases
seratonin (spelling?). The best meditation I've ever had was while running a
good 45min jog on the treadmill. After about 5 minutes the sensation of
movement disappears and wala, bliss. :)
Unless your particularily unhealthy... in which case switch 'bliss' above
with 'nautiousness'.
Anyways just one mans thoughts. Hope it helps

hi,
i havent posted a message to this group before and i am trying to find
out some information about whether some physical problems i am having
could be related to K or are normal physical ailments.Does anyone have
a full list of K symptoms as mentioned on the Kundalini Resource
Centre site.If anyone has them can they email them to me.I have
noticed over a few years that i have had problems with my joints and i
constantly find tension in my joints and my bones feel tight.I have
tried stuff and only celery capsules seem to help.I notice when i take
celery it seems to make my bones feel like i have flu.and i have funny
feeling in my body and head.i dont know if it could be due to fluid
retention.I have some questions.
1. After the bad effects of K are over does your physical energy
return to normal.
2. does the K process affect your bones.
3. Do the nadis appear as lumps of fibre before decreasing in size
or is this something else.
4. Even after K is over do you have to take care of you body i.e do
not over tax your body thru excessive exercise.
5. can you do more physical things besides washing
dishes,walking,yoga etc.
Also, when i do yoga i feel tired afterwards. Is this normal.
thanks for any help and i hope Kristena gets better soon.
thanks,
steve j.
