That happens to me too, I gather it probably comes from energy in motion,
though I wouldn't know for sure. It tends to be very clearing for me, I
usually get out of that state very happy and feeling free. Especially when
done for lengthy periods of time.

There's always the Pladien(sp?) theory. Supposedly they are some kind of
alien form, or maybe just an energy humans tend to look at in the same way.
When you are working with them is it said that you are likely to have icy
legs...I'm not saying this is your explanation, but it may be an interesting
experiment to try to communicate with someone, or something.

Regardless, in that state its usually fairly easy for one to project, or
visualize extremely well. Its a good way to take a vacation, and do chakra
meditations due to the heighten visual stimulation.
