I have sent positive energy to a spirit, a friend of mine that passed on. I
did it mentally in the way of a pink bubble of light and oddly enough I saw
him receiving it and saw the pink bubble of light. I agree in the astral it
is by thought we can send light and all, also that some can perceive it with
their third eye. I had to ask about the fireballs as I have heard a few say
they really could manifest in the physical, though I have yet to see it
