 In my experiance...no.you cannot "throw flames" from your hand. But in the astral realms, your imagination is your only limitation. What happens with K build up is that your hands will heat up when doing healing work or other "hands on" type work. You can create defense shields around you within this realm, but only those who know how to see etheric energy will notice them. These shields can and will act as a defense plan for anyone who creates them, but they are only as strong as your belief in them is. Also, if you are of negative intent, or positive, you can "send" energy via your hands or mind which will be noticed by those you send to, ie, distance healing. Intent and beleif in what you are doing is critical
