Welcome! and welcome also Jesse, Ash and other newcomers!

Your description *absolutely* sounds like K. The feeling of being frozen (I
call it catalepsy) and the vibrations as well, of course, as the buzzing
sensation of the spine are all pretty classic K "symptoms." Although I
haven't ever experience the OBE (out of body experience) that you seem to
have encountered through your viewpoint from above, many other list members
have.

The tongue experience is also quite classic. Placing the tongue against the
roof of the mouth seems to circulate the energy. I often wake up in a
"frozen" state with my tongue cleaved to the palette.

You are definitely not going "insane." :))
