Hello again!
One more ? has anyone upon releasing emotions ever come across (Im sure some of you must have hopefully) an emotion so strong fear or anger that comes on so fast with no warning that only lasts for a second but it is so strong that if it lasted any longer it could make you go insane I cant explain it but about 3 times this has happened to me I can tell it is something very repressed from some time in my spiritual life and it is undescribeably strong and very frightning because it is uncontrollable and even though it is short it leaves a great impression on you it seems to shift your whole energy system while releasing and I know some of you will say dont panic but it is beyond panic it truly is so strong and short it is uncontrollable anyway I guess my fear is what if it ever happens for longer than a second has any one ever encountered this it is the sort of emotion you would encounter if you were being attacked in a life death situation.
