Subject: [K-list] Re: Kundalini story and questions for all
From: el_bombastico256
On 2002/04/30 11:17, el_bombastico256 posted thus to the K-list: Whenever i do grounding before i go to sleep, i always get that
experience when i'm half asleep, but just as i'm about to really get
into it when my body begins to kind of paralyze, my whole body jerks
and i'm wide awake, this will happen about 3 times before i actually
get to sleep, i'm trying to get it not to jerk, i bet it would be
cool to see what happens.
Hope thats helpful, peace
