Both my wife and myself get these movements as well.
The movements are gentle but can get rough or extreme if you
give permission to K to do what it has to do. My neck blockage
was removed when I let K take over, and as a result my throat
chakra opened.
K can also put your body into various yoga positions if you allow it and
give it full trust and control. The positions may be uncomfortable
but K will not go to such extremes as to cause you physical harm.
( well.. not serious harm anyway )
I wish to give some advice that some of you may find a tad odd, but it
works. ( Or at least it works for me )
If you are getting involuntary movements.. or you feel K trying to remove a
block... or even if you are not aware of anything this may still help.
Start by getting comfortable in the sitting position. ( Its hard for K to
move you around when you are laying down )
Go ahead and get into a meditating state so that K will be on the prowl.
Then have a little talk with K. Tell her that she has your unconditional
trust and love.. and that she has your permission to do whatever is needed
to remove the current block she is working on.
K may get aggressive after that.. dont panic and just relax and go with the
flow.
I would like to know if anyone else has had success talking to K?
Peace
Rich
