Hi again Cynthia,

As far as I know these lower chakras are related to the rest, including the
K. But as I understand it there is no reason to dwell extensively on these
unless you are quite ill or suffering a severe mental abnormality. This is
your grounding to the Earth. If you need to feel grounded, try focusing on
them, otherwise there is not much benefit in spending time meditating on
them. This is not taught in my kriya class but it is from another tradition
which I cannot recall the specifics of now.
