Dear J-F

I am a T'ai Chi and Kung Fu instructor. I have never hear of an active K
being a deficit in martial arts. In fact the practice of Chi Kung (or
qigong) is partially aimed at opening of the nadis and giving opportunity for
the K to be more active. Chi Kung is a prerequisite for T'ai Chi at some
schools
