I get ice cold hands sometimes when my k is doing strange things it affects all parts of my body including feet it goes from hot to cold and sometimes my right hand will be cold while left hand is hot hehehe K can do some crazy stuff but it is pretty much the norm now so enjoy.

I have been getting cold hands very easily for the last month or so....

I have always had really warm hands so this seems a bit strange.....

This has coincided with K slow down?!?!

Any ideas of the significance of cold hands.... I always thought it meant a blocked heart chakra but I feel really balanced at the moment.

p.s. I'm still getting a lot of heat coming through my hands when I give treatments (I do Thai Massage)
