Hiya,
I have been having a lot of trouble making A new post using the web
only option so I joined the mailing list.. 3 days ago.. still
no group email. I did get a couple of replys to my email but when
I select reply to all only the senders email address shows up.
I am making this post in hopes that my prefferances will update
and also hope that the post even goes through.
I didnt want you guys to think that I evaporated into the
cosmos or something, dont even think it because you cant get rid of
me that easy. :P
I have made progress in the past week.. pretty good progress I feel.
I have also done a ton of reading and looking up whatever facts I can
find on the web and have learned as well.
I no longer get most of my energy focused in my forehead...
At first my throat chakra opened up (painfully) and then the energy
started focusing on my crown chakra. At the begining of the meditation
it will still do a run through the throat.. sometimes passing through
several times. At this point it is no longer painfull and it is almost
to the point where I cant even feel it.
I am not sure.. but I feel there is a block just above the neck at the
area where my spine turns into a mass of nerves going into the brain.
removing the block at the throat chakra was easy once I knew it was
there.. and what to do about it, actually K did most of the work
there.. but at least I had some controll and was able to assist.
With the new block.. I feel kind of helpless. I have tried massaging
the area and will continue to do so.. but I cant bend that particular
block like I could with the neck.
As for the crown chakra I dont think its open but it sure is trying,
I now know what is meant when people say it feels like you are
wearing a crown.
As I begin to understand more I am beggining to wonder about my wifes
condition more and more. A couple of years ago she became paralized
from the waist down and was numb in other parts. This happened the
day after she was horseplaying with the kids and heard a snap in her
back. She was hospitalized for about 2 weeks and diagnosed with
M.S. (doh! I still cant spell it )She can walk now but is limited and
was in a wheelchair for a short bit. Before all this happened she
kept going to doctors with complaints such as tingling in the head.
The doctors couldnt come up with anything so they told her to see a
shrink. Of course the shrink said she was nuts as well and put her on
heavy medications and costly weekly visits.
I am almost sure that her problems are K related.. however I also
think that there is a real injury in her back so I dont know if its
safe for her to fool with K. She is also still on heavy medications..
one of which ( I dont know the name of it ) is so highly addictive
that she was told she MUST take it every night and if she misses a
dose for some reason ( lost pills etc ) that she must check in with
the hospital for a dose. We have both asked the doctors about getting
her off this medication but they refuse.
Well.. I dunno why I am rambling on about this stuff... to much
energy I guess. :P
