I just did. Very nice. I completely agree with the advice given. I've got
some comments:
1. Government conspiracy: People have been dismissing any possible
"conspirations", but they forget it's just newspeak for "backstage
politics". Politicians need people's approval in democracies, but most of
them are supported by groups with their own interests ( besides the
politicians' own insterests themselves ). They obviously do things we're not
supposed to know and try their best to hide them away from us. The point
here is: can kundalini awakenings or supposedly UFO abductions be labeled as
"conspirations". Hard to believe: they've been around long before the
American or French revolutions, that is, long before modern state.
2. ETs: I think it's pretty much likely that they exist, and Roswell and the
similar but more recent Brazilian incident, the Varginha Case, have led me
to consider that possibility more seriously. But there's a big difference
between space crafts hitting the ground, exploding and killing its
occupants, or allowing some of them to be captured alive, and the abduction/
contact scenarios, at least as usually narrated. These generally involve a
mixture of physical and "astral" components ( ships that are bigger inside
than outside, mind-to-mind communication, spiritual transformation, etc).
That's why I agree with those who say abduction/ contact experiences are
modern ways our collective unconscious has found to communicate with us. In
the past, people used to see gnomes, fairies, and other mythological beings
in incredibly similar experiences ( abduction and sexual intercourse, etc,
etc ). For the best account of those similarities, I strongly recommend
"Passport to Magonia", by Jacques VAllee. He theorizes, with very good
supporting evidences, that UFOs are no ships, but probably beings with more
than 3 dimensions. Very similar to what hinduism used to call "devas" and/or
"asuras". As well as we can't communicate with our pets the way we do
between ourselves, those beings may not even have a conscious mind ( that
goes along with the buddhist theory ), so they have to contact us using the
images we collectively embrace. Have you noticed how similar the "Holy
Mother's" aparitions are to UFO contacts? Why do they tend to take place in
extremely Catholic countries, while "ETs" are "contacting" urban WASPs and
the like???
3. Missing time/ disappearance: concerning the missing time experiences
related to "abductions", Eastern traditions differ from Modern Spiritualism
( Theosophy included ) concerning what is nowadays widely called "the astral
body". They say you don't have to die ( get rid of you body ) to "go to
Heaven", just like happened to Eliah, Enoch ( and Moses, right? Not to
mention Jesus ). They say the "astral body" may, let's say, "abduct" the
physical body for a period or, as the Bible goes, for quite a long time :-)
Maybe the experience I narrated, when I told you my father had been looking
for me but couldn't find me in the yard after I saw the glowing light, is no
UFO abduction at all.
