A great resource is The Charkra Handbook by Shalila Sharamon and Bodo
J. Baginski. It gives info on harmonizing the chakras with music,
colors, gemstones,scents, breathing techniques, reflex and zone
massage, aspects of nature and meditation.

It has great info on each chakra, and a chart in the back for quick
easy look-ups!
