ahhhhh girls, i would not say that you are a fool for your attraction, girls
make me awestruck with my own divinity and their own too, which can
certainly make you all ablush and giddy even after you see yourself as
such...this is part of being human, not something you must transcend unless
you choose to walk the celibate path for your ownmost personal embodiment
reasons or some feet of free will

i would say that the best best thing one could do for confidence and poise
is grounding...become your ownmost tree, it will keep you in your body when
you need it most!

other than that, yellow is great for the solar plexus, green is great for
the heart, feeling oneself as the moist mossy damp earth is great for just
about anything, visualising oneself as a deity is an interesting
experience...
