Hi everyone,
I've joined the list for about a month now, and I've received a lot of help
just by reading all the messages and shared experiences,
I wonder if any of you knows about the kundalini meditation by Osho? Is this
meditation intended to awaken your k.energy?
My k. process begun like 5 years ago, could this type of meditation, at this
moment, help me out to balance the k. energy and its process?
