   If it gets so it is bothersome........or feels OUT OF CONTROL I will certainly seek help. For me, it tells me my crown chakra is finally open and the energy is flowing very well. It is just another one of "K"s" reminders that it is well and alive, and we should seek helpful ways to utalize it s wonderful energy.   In both cases you are out of control. Both are symptoms of a deeper problem.
  It isn't about an illusion, blowing lightbulbs is a sign your energy is out
  of control and doing things you don't want it to do. Unless you are trying
  to blow the bulbs, in which case you're doing a good job it would seem.

  In a very repressive and restrictive sense it might help to
