Subject: [K-list] Reverse reiki for excessive energy build up + Rich's forehead

Continuing from last night's theme. I wake this morning with these
thoughts to share...

 

Reverse reiki - this is really simple. just as energy can be transmitted
through the palms of the hands... if there is an excess build up of
energy in a part of the body you can lay your hands with the palms
facing away from that point and drain the excess energy out of your
body. Doing this just seems to pull out the accumulated energy. I find
it works well on head pressures. Alternatively you can create a sort of
cone with your hands with the larger end of the cone furthest away from
your body which has a similar effect.

 

Rich - It may be that your body is going back into repair mode with your
forehead - If you have had a nasty injury there from this life or
previous and the imprint is still unhandled then the body may think it
still needs to repair an injury even if it is no longer present.
Allergies can work a lot like this.
