Jason, I often wake up from sleep with my "motor" going. Feels like
my whole body vibrating, not a particular area. When it started a
couple of years ago it worried me, but now I like it. Most often a
sensation of peace or bliss accompanies it, though once or twice I've
had a bit of dread or anxiety with it.

An observation I made recently about this vibration thing. I have
three cats, and it finally dawned on me recently that the vibration
in their bodies when they purr feels identical to my vibration
sensation. One of these cats is a 6 month old kitten with an
absolutely roaring purr who is the biggest lover you ever saw. He
just wants to be cuddled like a baby. His sister, who has a moderate
purr, is a wild thing who doesn't want to be held much at all. I
figure he's the older soul (maybe in his 9th life :0)) and his K is
really strong. He's just all about love, and you can hear his purr
across a large, loud room.

So I've started to believe that, based on the purr/vibration thing,
cats are maybe generally a bit more enlightened or awakened than the
average human. Maybe even "superior" to us in some way. Maybe when
we reach a certain level of enlightenment, we get to be cats!
