Greetings All,

A couple of days ago I was doing my usual kriya meditation when there came a
powerful eruption of energy from the base of my spine. I was in 100% bodily
ecstacy for about sixty seconds before my ego showed up and tried frighten
me. I overcame the fear, but in the process managed to shutdown to bliss I
was feeling. I went to bed rather preturbed with myself, but I noticed my
second chakra was still vibrating strongly. It seemed like there was a motor
just below my navel and a couple inches under the skin, about the intensity
of an electric toothbrush (merely an approximation, thankfully there were no
bristles on it :^) ) As I tried to go sleep, it grew less intense and
finally faded to unnoticeability. But several times over the past couple of
days it has resurged. There is no discomfort, physical or emotional, just a
light to medium vibration in the area of the second chakra. I did note that
on one of the stronger recurrences I was visiting a friend who is a natural
born energy person/white witch whadda'yacallum. We were sitting near one
another at her computer desk when I first noticed it. I didn't say anything
but I put a little distance between us and it dissapated a little. I spent
the rest of the evening keeping a few feet distant from her. I am assuming
that was a sympathetic K resonance between us and her energy set off my
energy. I she felt anything she didn't mention it, so neither did I. On the
other recurrences there did not seem to be a catalyst, it just happened on
it's own

Can anyone shed some light on this phenomena for me?....no emergency, just
curious.
