Subject: [K-list] Kundalini Rising

I'm new here and I came here after posting an experience on another
list and was given a reference to this group. I'm hoping someone can
help me or shed some light on Kundalini Rising. I had a dream last
night where a woman was sitting cross-legged on the palm of a hand.
The Chakra colours covered the main chakra centres of her body and
were rototing and what looked like a snake was twising and moving up
from the root chakra to the crown chakra. The woman was naked apart
from she wore a crown with three moons - waxing, full and waning moon
and had her arms out at shoulder height with her lower arms extended
up towards the sky. When I woke this morning I spoke out the words
Kundalini Rising...but have never even heard of it before. I have
done some preliminary research and it sounds kinda scary...just
wondered if any of you know anything about it and can give advice,
info or whatever...
