Dear K list friends,

Though the idea of "looking for a guide" seems a bit bizzarre to me, I have been feeling a strong pull to work with a medicine woman. I am incredibly hungry to learn with a Native American woman who could teach me how to work with herbs and plants among other things. My whole life I have wanted this and then given up the idea in frustration. I feel the need for this again, but with a force that will not give up. I live around the Bay area but would be willing to travel for the right person. Does anyone have any suggestions?
