Yes....maybe that's how I should do it....I get the same cynicism at times.
We have this expression in Dutch: "throwing pearls at the pigs....." A
healer once told me I am doing this often. I found that writing is less
frustrating than talking to people about the things you need to say. Ever
since I write articles - for the dutch bipolar organization and my own
newsletter on bipolar and spirituality - at least I put down things on paper
that need to get out of my mind to go somewhere. I get very little reaction.
I once phoned around to ask whether people were interested at all and they
hurried to let me know they are, very much so.
So I continue to do so, mostly just getting the validatiuon from inside! At
times getting cynical and hitting my head again.....
