In my experience, letting go and cleaning up, in an orderly fashion (I mean..
I didn't change my diet drastically, the change happened slowly in
conjunction with my awakening,.. I knew what was good for me, etc.) our mind,
body, ambitions, spiritual intentions, old conflicts, and most of all
forgiveness of ourselves and others, IS kundalini awakening, anything else,
by gosh, you're askin for a hurt, that oughta seem like common sense. Of
course, there are those people who (everybody) are gunna have it their way!
And there's that meaning in everything philosophy again
