ron, i think you are new to yoga and should read more
about it
also the zen teachings might help

what are you seeking? what is your purpose in doing
yoga? is it for kundalini? if so why?

or are you just wanting to learn more about yourself
and relax more? whatever it may be

all these things can be traps, remember, sitting in
meditation thinking you are meditation will also trap
you

you will get what you are ready for, even if we think
we arent ready for some of the crazy things we get, it
could always be worse

i would just stick with yoga, you will learn what you
need when you need, and be thankful you have the
freedom to do this :)

I have some strange things happening to me in life,
and others at yoga class, they are only distractions

they can be beautiful, mostly are, but that is not the
point in yoga, yoga means union, and that is what i am
seeking.

love you, ben
