Hello! I just got a book Kundalini and the Chakras by Genevieve Lewis Paulson and I really like it so far but I had to share this technique that worked excellent for me I have been exploring ways to remove energy blocks for a while and so far this has worked the best for me she calls it the cleansing screen all you do is lie down and imagine lying on a screen that is larger than you physical body. Slowly visualize the screen rising up through your body cleansing all negativity and removing blocks when it is done just imagine the negative energy is being turned into positive and put back in the universe. It worked really well for me I actually could visualize and feel the blocks being removed and after doing that the emotions started releasing and my guide was standing by my side so I know I really benifitted from this I had had some stubborn blockages lately that were not responding to much else.
