don't take this too seriously but that sounds like pleidians, who are
vampiristic blue tinted wankers, or so I hear
My girlfriend see's little blue (and sometimes other colors) balls of light
all the time. I see them, but very rarely. More often than not I see the
commonly mentioned "spots" that appear on time seeming like acknowledgements
from spirit about a thought I was having at the present moment
