Kristena, this happened to me, too, after reading those sites last spring. I
totally freaked out and panicked. I had to go through a process of learning
to trust the journey. I've really been much better, and then made the
mistake of reading some of those scary stories again just recently, and let
it pull me down a bit.

My K is so quiet a lot of the time now, but I do wonder whether it will
resurge and whether I could handle it. I actually like to feel it in a small
way, but don't want to trigger anything big that I'm not ready for. I do
think that fear is the root of all evil, and am trying to live honestly and
trust the path that I'm on.
